Now in the era of urbanization most of the people live in the rural area. So the development of the rural area enhances the development of whole country. But the rural i.e. villages of Bangladesh is not developed due to poverty, illiteracy, environmental degradation etc. The people of the rural area lead their lives in vulnerable situation for those factors.
At this time some people trying to enlighten the rural people with the light of ICT. Now it can be possible to sustainable development of the rural people with the help of ICT development. It is possible due to the establishment of Tele-centers.

Bangladesh Telecentre Network (BTN) organized a series of training on "Training of trainers (TOT) on E Modules for business development services and development of market linkage- The implementation of Rural MSME Services Using ICT in Bangladesh" which facilitated by Better Stories, Zanala Bangladesh Ltd. and Change Maker and venue. Three are three individuals trainings were held in Chittagong, Khulna and Bogra. Forty Five participants from selected Telecentres of Noakhali, Chittagong, Jessore, Bagerhat, Bogra and Joypurhat joined at these ToT on E Module under the project titled "The Implementation of Rural MSME Services using ICT in Bangladesh". The venues were Hotel Tower inn for Chittagong and Noakhali Participants on 25- 26October, Sundarban IT Access Center (BTN Resource Center Khulna) for Bagerhat and Jessore participants on 31October- 01November and Rural Development Academy (RDA) for Bogra and Joypurhat participants on 5-6November.
 These two days training were facilitated by these ways; ChangeMaker took ChangeMaker expressed what MSMEs is? How to work with MSMEs? And prepare ourselves with MSMEs.
Better Stories started their sessions to show the web site www.byabsharkhabor.com to the participants. They also uttered how this website helps to Business Startup, access to finance and Value chain.
Zanala Bangladesh started their session by informing about the project "Bangladesh micro and small business development through use of ICT". In this project in some selected areas for micro, small and medium scale business enterprises' socio-economic development ensure through ICT Telecentres and developed the website www.msme.com.bd.
BTN provided certificate to the Participants. These ToTs were supported by Islamic Development Bank and co- hosted by YPSA, Ghashful and BTNRC: Sundarban IT Access Centre.
